Christmas is coming!

And Turnbulls are ready for it. Our shop looks like present heaven, and our new menu is in place with Autumn recipes suitable for the fast cooling weather. Just today rain came down like somebody emptied a bucket over Shaftesbury.

We have World Class cheeses in the deli, mussels, venison burgers and pies on the menu as part of our our new tapas influenced menu, and Christmas specialities are on all the shelves.

Events are in the pipeline to focus on our best goodies, but particular for looking forward are Late Night Shopping on the 7th December and the Christmas Fayre down Shaftesbury High Street on 20th December.

A little bit about Turnbulls if you do not know us...

Turnbulls is the finest delicatessen and café-bistro in the Blackmore Vale, situated in the High Street of the Iron Age hill top town of Shaftesbury, North Dorset. We specialise in cheeses, local produce and home made food.

We have one rule: we want visitors to our shop to leave with a smile. Our atmosphere is friendly, light and open, and our staff knowledgeable and attentive. We serve a small community as well visitors to our lovely area, and we want you to come back as often as possible!

Taste, seasonality, locality and freshness are the food values most important to us: we are a food haven embedded in the West Country.
